The Client
The client is a large European corporate and investment bank with offices and branches across Europe and the world.
The Project
A Finastra Fusion Kondor user in multiple countries, including the UK, Germany and Poland, the client had decided to upgrade their system to remain supported by the vendor.
Their infrastructure is very complex with multiple locations and many instances of Kondor running to handle a large number of transactions.
To help ensure a successful delivery, the client hired Step Forward to work alongside the bank’s team to help with the upgrade.
The Outcome
Step Forward Partners helped the bank by a team of consultants from the UK, Poland and Hungary in delivering the upgrade. The team has
worked on upgrading scripts, custom database procedures, interfaces
worked on the implementation of Finastra’s RTMD for market data connectivity
Assisted with building test systems and software implementation
The project successfully went live at the end of 2020, delivering all of the benefits the client was looking for.
